In April 2025 the time has come: Daniel Gottschlich presents his latest cookbook “Grazie Roma”! Inspired by his time at the German Academy Villa Massimo in Rome, this cookbook is a tribute to the art of cooking and Mediterranean cuisine. Experience the exclusive book premiere together with co-author Sebastian Späth (author and editor-in-chief of Falstaff DE) and the DuMont publishing house at Ox&Klee. You can look forward to an Italian aperitif, a flying menu with various dishes from the cookbook, a reading from the book and the cookbook for free!
