Privacy policy

The protection of personal data is of particular concern to us. The following declaration informs you which personal data we collect and how we process and use this data.

§ 1 Subject matter of this privacy policy

This privacy policy applies to the website available under the domain www.oxundklee.de as well as my social media pages.

Unless stated otherwise, this data protection declaration exclusively regulates how I, Daniel Gottschlich, Im Zollhafen 18, 50678 Cologne, handle your personal data. In the event that you utilise the services of third parties, the data protection conditions of the third party shall apply exclusively.

§ 2 Responsible body and right to information

If you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, if you wish to exercise your right to object to the use or transfer of your data, or if you would like information about the personal data stored about you, you can contact me centrally:

Ox und Klee
Mr Daniel Gottschlich
Im Zollhafen 18
50678 Köln
Germany
E-Mail: contact@oxundklee.de

§ 3 Collection of data

My website can generally be used without entering personal data. You are free to decide whether to provide me with personal data.
This does not apply to appointments made via my website. This is only possible if you provide me with the necessary data via the input mask.

Certain technical data such as your IP address, the type of browser used and the access times are automatically transmitted to me by your computer and stored by me on my server.

The IP address is the globally valid, unique identifier of your computer on the Internet. The IP address corresponds functionally to the telephone number in a telephone network. As a rule, you do not have a constant, fixed IP address, as this is only temporarily assigned to you by your provider for the current dial-in. Nevertheless, it is possible in principle – and not only in the case of static IP addresses – to clearly assign user data based on the dial-up data stored by the access provider.

Apart from tracking unauthorised access to my website, I only evaluate the IP address on an anonymised basis in order to be able to statistically record which of my websites are favoured and how many visits are made daily.

I use cookies to recognise you the next time you visit my website. These are small text files that enable the user to be recognised.

However, my website can also be used without cookies. To do this, simply deactivate the acceptance of cookies in your Internet browser. You can find out how this works in the help function of your browser. In this case, however, you may not be able to use all functions of my website to their full extent.

If consent to the collection, processing and use of personal data is given electronically as part of my website, I will also save this declaration.

§ 4 Use of your data

I use your personal data for the purposes listed below, although not all data provided to me will actually be used for all purposes.

Personal data may also be passed on to my order recipients for the purpose of preparing an offer and executing an order. This also applies to any necessary collection of invoices.

At the same time, I use your personal data, insofar as you have expressly consented to this, in the context of statistical evaluations to optimise my offer.

§ 5 Newsletter and advertising

1. Newsletter

You can register for a newsletter on my website. In the newsletter I will inform you about my offers, current news and services of Daniel Gottschlich, as well as the Ox & Klee and Bayleaf Cologne.
I need a valid e-mail address to receive the newsletter. This data will only be used to send the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties. I use the so-called double opt-in procedure for sending the newsletter, i.e. I will only send you a newsletter by e-mail if you have expressly confirmed to me beforehand that I should activate the newsletter service. I will then send you a notification e-mail and ask you to confirm that you wish to receive my newsletter by clicking on a link contained in this e-mail.
You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time. The cancellation can be made via a link in the newsletter itself or to the contact details given above.

2. sending information about similar products

If I receive your e-mail address in connection with the provision of purchased services and you have not objected to this, I reserve the right to send you an e-mail on the basis of § 7 para. 3 UWG to regularly send offers for similar products, such as those already used, from my range by e-mail. This serves to safeguard my legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a balancing of interests, in an advertising approach to my customers. You can object to this use of your e-mail address at any time by sending a message to the contact option described, without incurring any other costs than the transmission costs according to the basic rates.

§ 6 Forwarding of data

If you send me an e-mail or a contact form, your message and e-mail address will be used exclusively for correspondence with you. The processing of your message may require forwarding within my company.

I do not pass on your personal data to third parties.

I also use Google Analytics and plug-ins from various social networks on my website:

1. Google Analytics

I use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to an American Google server and stored there. I would like to point out that your IP address is anonymised and can therefore no longer be assigned to a connection. Google uses the information to analyse the use of the website by users, to compile reports on the activities of the website and to provide me with further services associated with the use of the website and the use of the Internet. Google will not merge your IP address with any other data held by Google. If you do not wish your data to be collected and processed by Google, we recommend that you download the browser plug-in (programme) available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

I would like to point out that I have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by the networks listed.

The handling of your data by these networks and your options for taking action against the use of the data can be found in the respective data protection provisions, which you can find here: Google: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy

§ 7 Right to information, deletion of data

As the data subject, you have the following rights:

1. in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, the right to request information about your personal data processed by me to the extent specified therein;

2. in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, the right to demand the immediate correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by me;

3. in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, the right to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by me, unless further processing is necessary.

  • to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information;
  • to fulfil a legal obligation;
  • for reasons of public interest or
  • is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;

4. in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as

  • the accuracy of the data is disputed by you;
  • the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure;
  • I no longer need the data, but you need it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;

5. in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to me in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to any other person responsible;

6. pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or my company headquarters.

As soon as I no longer need your data for one of the purposes mentioned, this data will be deleted. Data that must be retained for health and tax law reasons will be blocked. This data is then no longer available for further use.

§ 8 Data security

To protect your personal data, I take state-of-the-art security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or destruction.

§ 9 Reservation of right of amendment

I reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time in compliance with the legal requirements.
