Centrally located in the crane houses at the Cologne Zollhafen, our team runs the two Michelin star restaurant Ox&Klee. Already since 2010 we inspire our guests on star level with unique menus.

Under the credo of the “Experience Taste” designed by Daniel Gottschlich, we offer an extraordinary culinary menu to accompany our guests through the evening. We round this off with an unconventional wine accompaniment, a self-created non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment and an ever-changing wine list.

Our service is straightforward and characterized by the fact that we care more about warm, open-minded interaction than formality. Therefore, we are looking for you as a warm and inquisitive personality who, together with the entire team, would like to offer our guests modern top-class gastronomy and at the same time has internalized the highest standards.

As a Commis de rang you will support us in the daily mise en place and in all service processes – both in the ongoing evening service as well as for in- and Out-of-house events such as our kitchen parties. In cooperation with our Chef de Rangs, you will ensure a smooth operation each evening and get a varied insight into the ever-evolving star gastronomy.

You can expect full pay and

As chef de rang/demi chef de rang you will prepare the restaurant for perfect service. For in-house and off-site events, you will take responsibility and participate in securing all operations. Trainee Restaurant Specialist (m/f/d)

Our service is straightforward and is characterized by the fact that a warm, open-minded approach is more important to us than formality. Therefore we are looking for you as a warm and inquisitive personality, who would like to offer our guests modern top gastronomy and at the same time has internalized the highest standards.

To bring variety into the daily work at the Ox&Klee and to gain additional experience, stays at our sister restaurant PULS RESTAURANT & BAR will be part of your training. This urban restaurant transforms into a classic bar with extraordinary cocktail creations. cocktail creations.

With changing events both in the restaurant as well as out of the house we round off your training as a restaurant specialist and offer you insights into all imaginable all imaginable gastronomic processes.

During the on-the-job training, a 4-day week applies (fixed days of rest are Sunday, Monday and Tuesday). The school-based training will take place in the centrally located Berufskolleg Ehrenfeld as block instruction.
